🔥🔥 TWO MORE UNDER CONTRACT! 🔥🔥

I’m a little behind on posting, but these two Butler properties are officially PENDING!

🔥 603 Summit St. — This one came together OFF MARKET! I was able to connect the dots and put together an off-market deal that is going to be a perfect fit for my clients. Sometimes getting a deal done means thinking outside the box and finding opportunities beyond what’s currently available on the MLS!

I keep hearing people say “the real estate market is slow.”
