Fun little Friday project in Sunset LA!

We removed an old porch and replaced the rim joist and sill and added some blocks for stability.

We are done in time to make it to the Tigers game! Have a great weekend everyone and thanks to all our great customers.

The guys knocked this one out like the pros they are!

2 story, balloon framed home that had some rotten sills on the front elevation. Sagging floors and an extremely heavy spot where the stars landed are just a few issues they navigated with precision.

Customer was provide a stable and level foundation, with added blocks and sills for stability. We also replaced sills and installed new siding.

Pheww… what a day!

Day rates of $175+ depending on experience. Paid weekly and most weekends of.

The guys finished up a subfloor job today. This room and hall were a total replacement of joist and subfloor. We changed up the spacing of the joist to 16” on center and went with Advantech subfloor. Advantech subfloor is a product with a moisture-resistant resin technology that makes it a no brainer when choosing a product that is the best.
