From stage lights to stove lights. ✨

Once a space of gatherings and performances, evolving into someone’s future home. Jeff and his team had to cut off the rounded front of the stage to create the kitchen wall, while keeping the architectural elements in tact.

Next month these apartments will be ready for their next chapter, and ready for new residents to call them home.

The back entryway got refreshed today!🤩

This was initially just a hallway with hooks. The door to the back staircase was in another room (now the 1st floor apt kitchen wall!). In an effort to keep the downstairs apartment private, and allow the utilities to be accessed as needed, Jeff boarded up the previous doorway and moved the door into this hallway.

This space also got new floors, new windows, trim and smooth, freshly painted walls ✅

The bathroom flooring is in 🙌 and the crew finished the bead board to cover the metal venting. They did an awesome job ...

We didn’t have a true “before” video so this is a midway transition - this bathroom had a popcorn ceiling so low Jeff could barely stand in the room. So low that the wall cut into the old window! Quiet Harbor Builders raised the ceiling, replaced the window, installed a shower and sheet rocked this first floor bathroom - we can’t wait to show you the room when it’s complete! Apartments will be available in late spring.
