Sometimes the photos in the MLS can look very different from what you see in person—and today was a perfect example. 😳

This was a great example of what NOT to do when flipping a home, especially when it comes to painting kitchen cabinets. And just to be clear, this was not my listing or a listing in my office.

What you also can’t capture in MLS photos? The smell. And let’s just say…we weren’t exactly sure if we were dealing with mold, cat urine, or everything in between. 🤢

Not everything in real estate is multimillion-dollar homes with gleaming hardwood floors and beautifully appointed rooms. Sometimes you find a diamond in the rough. And sometimes you find something that probably just needs to be torn down. 😂

That’s real estate—and you never know what you’re going to see until you 👀see it in person.
