⭐️ Extremely Disappointed with AHS Home Warranty

Unfortunately, my experience with AHS has been extremely disappointing. My client has been trying for FOUR MONTHS to get her A/C system repaired. She has called repeatedly, paid for the required part, and every time she contacts them, she receives the same excuses—with no resolution.

Four months without resolving an A/C repair is simply unacceptable customer service.

This is exactly why online reviews are so important: consumers deserve to know what kind of service they may receive before purchasing a home warranty. (They don't have the option to rate the services)

If I could give this experience -1 star, I would. ⭐️❌

Based on what my client has experienced, I will NOT be recommending AHS Home Warranty to my clients again.
