Every so often, it’s important to pause and acknowledge the people who make our work meaningful. Our team is hobo to have been recognized by RealTrends among the Top 1.5% of small real estate teams in the country.

While we’re incredibly proud of that accomplishment, what means the most to me is what it represents. The families who trusted us to help them buy their first home. The clients who called us years later when it was time for their next chapter. The investors, sellers, referrals, and friends who introduced us to the people they care about most.

Real estate has never really been about the homes. It’s about the people. The relationships. The trust. The privilege of being invited into some of life’s biggest milestones and helping guide them with care.

To our clients: thank you for choosing us, referring us, supporting us, and allowing us to do work we genuinely love.

To our families: thank you for understanding the evening calls, weekend showings, last-minute negotiations, and vacations that occasionally revolve around real estate. We couldn’t do this without your support, patience, and encouragement.

And to my team: thank you for showing up every day with integrity, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help people.

We’re grateful. We don’t take any of it lightly. And we’re excited to continue showing up for our clients and community for many years to come.

A big thank you to the volunteers, coaches & community who make these experiences possible for our kids.

Because even though you want rates to come down, experts say this latest inflation data could actually set the stage for rates to stay “higher for longer.”

So, what can you do about it? Should you just wait?

My advice is simple. Focus on what you can control.

Even in a market like this, there are things you can do to get the best mortgage rate possible. Because sometimes you need to move no matter what’s happening – and that’s okay.

You just need the right strategy.

Let's talk about what this means for your situation and your timing. Drop a comment below or send over a message.

Because you don’t have to figure it out alone. And there are still ways to move forward.

People often focus on the home itself. The best properties offer so much more.

48 High Rock Street combines the character and warmth of a historic home with the updates today’s buyers are looking for. High ceilings, natural light, thoughtful finishes, and a layout that feels both comfortable and functional.

And then there’s the lifestyle.

Morning coffee on the deck. Sunset views from High Rock Tower. Easy access to the commuter rail, nearby beaches, delicious restaurants & everything that makes Lynn so vibrant.

Because sometimes the most compelling feature isn’t found within the four walls. It’s the experience of living there.

Smaller homes are having a moment.

That’s because affordability is tight and, for many buyers, smaller is what fits the budget. And builders are listening.

Newly built homes have been trending smaller since 2014 – and that’s on purpose.

They're more affordable than larger homes. And many come with built-in community amenities like walking trails, fitness centers, and even co-working spaces, so less space still delivers.

If you've been feeling priced out of bigger homes, a smaller one could fit your budget and your lifestyle. And with brand-new everything, it may not feel like as much of a compromise as you think.

The Truth About Affordability Today

Yes, rates have been volatile, and global instability is keeping them from settling down anytime soon. There’s no sugar coating that. But the full picture of affordability is more nuanced than the headlines suggest.

Want to run the real numbers for your situation? Let's talk. Reach out and let's set up a quick, no-pressure conversation.

Let's be real with each other for a second about affordability.

People don’t just move to Lynnfield… they put down roots here. There’s a reason for that.

From the sense of community and picturesque neighborhoods, to the everyday convenience, outdoor living & easy access to Boston and the North Shore, Lynnfield offers a balance that’s becoming harder and harder to find.

And when helping clients search for a home, I’ve always believed it’s about so much more than square footage or finishes. It’s about finding the community and lifestyle that truly align with the life you want to build.

As someone lucky enough to call Lynnfield home myself… I completely understand the draw 🏡💙💛

Tempted to price your house high just to see what happens? You should know, overpriced homes generally don’t sell right away, they sit. And that delay will cost you.

The longer a house is on the market without any offers, typically the lower the eventual sale price.

So, how do you know that right number to list at? You lean on a pro.

The best list price depends on your neighborhood, and what buyers are actually paying right now. That’s where I can help.

DM me and let’s talk about a realistic strategy that’ll get your house sold for as much as possible (and as quickly as possible). Because overpricing may actually leave money on the table.

You can’t waive the inspection anymore.
That doesn’t mean you can’t still write a compelling offer.

The market has shifted, and buyers are bringing inspections back, but there are absolutely ways to remain competitive without blindly taking on risk.

In this video, I’m breaking down:
• how strong buyers are structuring inspection terms
• what an aggregate is and why it matters
• why speed and strategy still win
• the limitations buyers should understand before moving forward

A home inspection should be an educational tool, not a fear tactic or negotiation game.

The goal isn’t just getting your offer accepted. It’s making smart decisions while protecting one of the biggest investments of your life.

If you’re thinking about buying and want to understand what strategies are actually working in today’s market, send me a DM or give me a call - our team is happy to walk you through it.
