Dear Residents,
This is a reminder regarding parking restrictions ahead of the significant snowstorm expected to begin Saturday evening and continue through Monday.
As communicated in an email sent earlier this week, residents are not permitted to park in spaces marked with signs stating “NO PARKING – Designated Snow Plow Area.” These spaces must remain clear 24 hours before and after snowstorms so our plow operators have designated areas to push and store snow on the property. This is especially critical during major storms like the one forecasted for this weekend.
Any vehicles parked in these designated snow plow areas from Saturday, January 24th at 8:00 AM through Monday at 11:00 PM will be subject to towing. Our goal is not to tow vehicles, but it is essential that these areas remain clear to allow our crews to safely and effectively perform snow removal operations.
Our Operations teams will be working beginning late Saturday and continuing through Monday to keep roadways and sidewalks clear and safe for all residents.
