e of being a Reading Rotarian since 1989, co-founder of Creative Arts For Kids, co-founder , charter president of Newcomers and Neighbors,Reading Youth Softball coach and vice commissioner for 14 years,very involved with all levels of the schools and a host of other civic activities. I am always happy to give back back to a community that has given me so much. Selected as Professional and Business Woman of The Year in 1996 for not only Reading but also for the State of Massachusetts. Member of the Year and Past President of Women's Council of Realtors . As we bring in the new year and the frigid weather we are also enjoying longer days . Have you noticed the sun going down later everday? That can only mean one thing! Spring is coming...and with it a much anticipated active spring real estate market. Don't wait like most for the flowers to bloom, the grass to get green and the birds to be chirping. To realize top dollar for your home you must get it marketed when there is the least competition.

I am in need of b three multi families. One with 3 bedrooms each unit. In Reading or surrounding towns including Medford and Somerville.

Also have client for nice home with attached in law. They really don't want it in basement. This needs to be Reading..and also a 3 bedroom family home around $400k.

By the way...if your home I s in need of work, you don't have the money or time to do it but want to sell, I have the perfect buyer for you. He will buy it as Is at fair market value.

If you believe The National Assoc. Of Realtors Prediction of 6% interest rate by 2016, and you may be in the buying or selling market in 1 to 3 yeas....you need to give me a call. Buyers it could cost you an additional $300 per $100k per month. Sellers your home will not increase in value as strongly as it is now.

No panic just an FYI. Back in the early 1970,'s interest was 8 .5% and early 1980s 17 to 22%. Yes up to 22% !.
