Happy Father’s Day to the dads who make a house feel like home. ❤️

One of the greatest joys of being a Realtor is getting a front-row seat to some of life’s most meaningful moments. I’ve helped first-time buyers find their very first home, celebrated with clients who found out they were expecting while we were house hunting, and watched families outgrow the homes where they brought their babies home because they needed a little more space for the next chapter.

There’s something incredibly special about helping someone buy a house and then seeing it become the backdrop for their life, first holidays, nursery projects, birthday parties, and all the little moments in between. Sometimes the biggest surprise comes during the process itself, when a buyer shares the exciting news that a baby is on the way and suddenly the search takes on a whole new meaning.

Today, I’m feeling especially grateful for the trust my clients place in me during these milestones. Being a small part of those stories is a privilege I never take for granted.
