Weeber, joined his father in the family business in 1949. Randy Weeber entered the business in 1978 after graduating from Penn State University. He worked with both his father and Grandfather until their respective retirements at which time he ran the company with his brother Jeff Weeber. Weeber Realtors was recognized as an industry leader, employing the first female agents, moving their business
out of the city and serving as the top training real estate office for more than 40 years. In December of 1986 Berks County Bank was formed. It was the first newly licensed banking institution in Berks County since 1933. The bank grew into a billion dollar company within the first 10 years of doing business. Randy Weeber was one of the bank organizers and served on the Board of Directors for 11 years, serving on the loan review, audit and real estate committees. Randy was one of the founders and organizers for Berkshire Bank where he served on the Board of Directors for 3 years.
