‼️ I finally closed on this beauty today. Happy to announce that our second OceanFront vacation rental is coming soon! Here is a sneak peak. 😍

📍Location: Myrtle Beach, SC

⁉️How? We sold a two unit that we bought in 2016 for over triple the original sales price. We then did a 1031 exchange to avoid paying tax on it which gave us more buying power. This also allowed us to make a larger down payment keeping our expenses low.
