I am working so hard I just realized I am NUMBER 2 in the STATE of NJ for closed volume ! Happy to share and celebrate my colleagues. I have a fantastic broker too, behind every successful agent is a great broker.

In this hot seller's market, I believe pricing accurately is key. I also know the simple fixes aesthetically that can elevate the value of your home.

On the buyer's side, you need someone in your corner 100% of the time. True if you are selling too! My best advice is to hire someone that has the time to cater to your specific needs. I worked with one client for 9 months, it's not easy if you are a buyer. You will never deal with my assistant (I don't have one) because I believe being a good agent is being present for every step and not spreading yourself too thin.

Developing relationships is always at the top of the list! You sell yourself first, I learned that from my Dad. The best salesman of all time imho.

I had a busy fall, and I’m sure you did too. I closed on a property in Ocean county last week that will be back on the market in the new year. Stay tuned!

In the meantime, Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays. Good food, conversation and most important the company of our friends and family. I wish you and your family a wonderful Thanksgiving.

Today my family decided to have dinner in the dining room, making a formal room more useful. I snapped a few pictures before we sat down.

I found many pieces of autumnal decorating in Marshalls and TJ Maxx. I kept my cornucopia baskets from years ago, placing decorations to dress up this room. I also bought mismatched and discounted candles, but the colors all compliment each other. I also like mixing texture with the velvet pumpkins in jewel tones. Spray painting pumpkins in metallic can add a fun element too.

Throwing all these decorating treasures together and not breaking the bank with fresh flowers will be sure to please the most discerning holiday guest!

It has been a busy July with two properties closed this month. The most gratifying experience is seeing the new owners at closing about to embark on their “home journey” and the feeling of excitement in the room as they start a new chapter. I often wonder how fun it might be to go back in six months and ask them for a tour to see the personal touches that make their space home.

I have dedicated this post to entertaining and landscaping ideas, and some great activities at the Jersey Shore. Please share your summer adventures and ideas!

Today I went back to my childhood home and had a great visit with my friend and past neighbor Marianne.

Marianne is a retired math consultant. She attributes her strong mathematical background as an asset when dealing with space, shape and design. Marianne has done extensive renovations on both her primary residences and her summer home in Greenport. She is available on a limited basis for consultations. Two Properties, both UNDER CONTRACT in a week! The Wenonah, NJ property on the left will be the new home to an active serviceman, and the home on the right in Willingboro, NJ will be the new home of an active servicewoman.

Multiple offers came in for both properties. An honor to be able to select the people who serve us everyday! 🇺🇸🇺🇸

The BIG selling point here was the transformation of the kitchen, opening up a wall to make an open concept living space to entertain friends and family. Bright natural light, new cabinets, appliances, and of course the beautiful granite. Nice touches in the undermount cabinet lighting too! Add in LED fireplace, molding, security cameras, and new bathrooms to finish these beautiful properties.

Last weekend, I had a house guest express interest in berry picking. After learning the Delicious Orchards field was closed this season, I found The Happy Day Farm in Manalapan. We picked raspberries and hopped on a farm wagon to the blueberry field. This was a great activity for everyone, very relaxing. If you are out of state find a farm near you. In July you can pick 🌻🌻🌻😊
