Career Opportunity: Director of Business Development
This is a position with a base hourly pay ($20-$30/hr. commensurate with experience) plus performance-based incentives. Approximately 20 hrs/week with the potential for 40 hrs/week beginning in October, 2021.
Atlantic Real Estate Brokers is a boutique brokerage located in Red Bank, NJ that specializes in residential and investment real estate as well as property management services. I am seeking a qualified candidate to fill the role of the Director of Business Development. Although the office is located in Red Bank, most of the tasks may be performed remotely.
Candidates should possess the following:
· NJ real estate license with no disciplinary actions on the record. A broker license (or willing to obtain a broker’s license) is highly desirable. Minimum 3 years of experience, please.
· Understanding of real estate compliance requirements
· Knowledge of Flex MLS and electronic document platforms (ZipForms, Dot Loop, Docusign, etc)
· Strong understanding of social media platforms
· Fluid in creating spreadsheets, presentations and business documents
· Able to interpret basic financial statements
· Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, effective communication skills
· Experience/understanding of investment real estate (rentals, flips) is desirable
· Working relationships with other agents, attorneys, lenders, title companies, inspectors, etc.
The candidate will be responsible for the following:
· Collaborate with the broker-owner to identify new market opportunities and execute planned initiatives
· Aid in agent onboarding, training and recruiting
· Expand the brokerage’s network of strategic partners in the industry
· Identify new investment and property management opportunities
· Plan and execute community, education and agent recruitment events

Attention followers and clients! ☀️🌴 Here's the complete list of NJ beaches and boardwalks that will be available this weekend. Please be sure to take a look at the restrictions as well.

Most beaches across the Garden State are currently open to the public, but some boardwalks remain closed. And some towns are enforcing stronger social distancing regulations than others.

1) Check irrigation systems
2) Clean gutters and downspouts
3) Check smoke alarms & carbon monoxide detectors
4) Clean the grill
5) Organize the shed or garage
6) Consider a bathroom makeover: new towels, fancy soap, new shower curtain
