A hurricane is a huge storm that can be up to 600 miles across and have strong winds spiraling inward and upward at speeds of 75 to 200 mph. They can be life-threatening as well as cause serious property-threatening hazards such as flooding, storm surge, high winds and tornadoes.

While we didn't have this exact research, we know that a well-funded community often fetches better sale prices. According to research, home values were 12.6% higher in associations with a strong (over 70% Funded) Reserve Fund than homes in associations with a weak (under 30% Funded) HOA Reserve Fund. https://gogladly.com/blog/hoa-reserve-fund/?utm_source=Gladly+Blog+Subscribers&utm_campaign=7f91e182d4-RSS_EMAIL_CAMPAIGN&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_fa516224df-7f91e182d4-238767925

When the HOA reserve Fund is strong, homes sell for a lot more. A healthy reserve fund will pay a big dividend in home resale values!
