GROUNDSKEEPER / PROPERTY CARETAKER POSITION AVAILABLE!

We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our maintenance team! We are looking for an intelligent, self-motivated person (who is seeking long-time employment) to assist with daily operations in 24 apartment/townhome communities located throughout southern York County, PA!

No experience needed - Training will be provided!

This is an entry-level position with lots of room for advancement! The selected applicant will begin part-time, at $13/hour for the first 90 days, and then will be moved up to $15/hour after that, with the possibility of becoming full-time.

Ambitious employees will have the opportunity to be trained to complete more skilled tasks and advance within the company!

Typical tasks will be general indoor and outdoor maintenance such as:

Leaf & tree limb removal
Simple repairs & minor painting
Cleaning gutters
Picking up litter
Removing trash from apartments
Simple demolition (removing drywall, flooring, cabinetry, etc.)
Moving appliances
Procuring and delivering building supplies

RESPONSIBILITIES/QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be able to complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
Must have transportation and current driver's license
Must be honest
Must be punctual
Must be reliable
Must be detail-oriented
Must reside in southern York County
Must have the ability to handle physical workload
