Thanks to listing agent TOM GIERHAN with ERA LANDMARK REAL ESTATE for helping get this to the closing table. Been house hunting for more than 9 months with my buyers; toured many homes in Carbon and Stillwater Counties before finding this gem 90 miles away. So excited for this young family - our friendship formed - and their first Montana home! ❤️ 🏡

Epic! As always!

I love Montana life. I bet students in Bridger do too today especially after some morning visitors to campus closed school for the day… giving Forest Service folks ample time to safely redirect the Sow and cubs back to the mountains. ; )

Local landowners have extinguished two grass fires on the side of the highway this week from ci******es, so this is your friendly reminder to please be aware of your actions. We cannot stress enough just how dry the grasses are this year.
Let’s do our best to help ease the fire season burden by staying alert and cautious!
