Had the privilege of finding a home for a Wonderful Couple who were flooded out of their home in Hurricane Harvey. Closing was today!!! What a blessing to be able to help this couple find a new Home.

Showed two homes to a Single Mom with a 7 year old daughter. Mom works full time and goes to college in the evenings. She is working hard to become an educator so she can provide a home for her daughter. It was so evident as I talked to her that she has the drive to get it done. What a blessing it is to work with people who are willing to make the sacrifices that are necessary to better themselves and those they love. I am Blessed!!!

Previewed a Home today with my great clients from California. We did Face Time so they could see the house up close and personal. We submitted an offer this evening. It is a very nice home. Trying to get the work done for my clients.

Finished up negotiating another offer on a new home for a wonderful couple that was flooded out in the Houston area. So happy I had the opportunity to assist them in finding a new home. I am Blessed! Should have an Executed Contract soon.
