Take a peek inside the two commercial spaces that will be calling the Boxrud building home very soon!

From the gorgeous flooring to the exposed brick (oh, and that classic ceiling!), these spaces are going to feel like an extension of the long standing history this building holds.

We are excited to see the transformation that continues, inside and out, and the dreams these doors open for these small business owners.

🎉 One Year of Boxrud Flats! 🎉

It’s hard to believe it’s already been one year since we welcomed our very first resident home to Boxrud Flats!

In just one year, we’ve watched this historic building come to life once again. We’ve not only filled every apartment with wonderful residents, but we’ve also filled every commercial space (and with two new businesses coming soon)!

To everyone who has welcomed us to Red Wing, supported Boxrud Flats, and made this building home — thank you. Your support and enthusiasm have meant so much to us.
We’re incredibly grateful for the past year and excited for everything still to come.

Here’s to another year of building community, creating memories, and giving both our residents and businesses a place they’re proud to call home.
