This was one of those. This home had only ever had one family. It was filled with years of memories, love, and life. Representing the sellers as they said goodbye to such a special place was an honor in itself.

At the same time, I also had the privilege of representing the buyers, who absolutely fell in love with the home. With multiple offers on the table, there was a lot at stake, but in the end everything came together beautifully. Both families walked away feeling genuinely happy, respected, and at peace with the outcome.
