This is a 4 bed 2.5 bath nice townhome in the lovely Mission De Oro neighborhood next to Highland park. GREAT location for students, the house is walking distance to Bethel and grocery stores like Trader Joes, Sprouts, etc. A car is not needed and there are plenty of Bethel community houses on the same street to make friends!
All rooms furnished with fully equipped kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, 2 refrigerators, and a beautiful outside patio.
Below is Pricing for 1 Year Lease from June 2022 - May 2023 or August 2022 - May 2023. (Private Message me if looking for short term summer only housing as prices may differ!)

We are located off of Mission de Oro Drive, in a furnished 2 story, 4 bedroom townhouse, with walking/bike riding distance to shopping locations, Civic, and Bethel Church! Our neighborhood is in a new and safe community with parks, and walking trails.

All rooms available are shared rooms and fully furnished. House includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer, large walk-in pantry, 2 refrigerators and full kitchen supplies.

Pricing and Room Description.
Master Bedroom: Walk-in closet, large bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity, nightstands, 2 twin beds. The master is the only bedroom downstairs.
$475 a person + Utilities. (Deposit required, $475)

Large Upstairs Bedroom: Large walk in closet, dresser, nightstands, 2 twin beds.
$400 a person + Utilities. (Deposit required, $400)

Upstairs Bedroom: Dresser, cube shelving between beds, 2 twin beds, wall closet with sliding doors.
$375 a person + Utilities (Deposit required, $375)

The house is booked now for the summer, but there is still availability for BSSM students for 20/21 year September-mid-May! There is a master shared room available for $450 a person; utilities included, furnished :).
