Another one in the books!🥳

Working with these two was an absolute DREAM! They may be young, but I was so impressed with them. They were so on top of everything that I asked them to do, and they were eager to learn and understand the home buying process. We were able to close in just over 3 weeks, and that was largely because of their preparedness.

They had already done their homework and found down payment assistance programs, and then I was also able to negotiate their up-front closing costs👏👏 Meaning they were able to keep the absolute maximum amount of money in their pockets while still becoming homeowners!

To all you prospective first time buyers - it’s more possible than you think. You just have to decide you want it & take the initiative.

Alan and Blaze recognized the importance of home ownership and they did what was necessary to make it happen - even in their early 20’s. 🔥

Last month I closed over $1.7 million in sales 😌🙌🏼🥂

I remember getting my license at the beginning of 2022 and just dreaming of the day I would close my first deal! I so admired the agents who were closing multiple transactions every month and achieving Top Producer status.

I’ve learned so much and come so far in these two years, and I’m proud of the agent I am today. I’m grateful to work for a brokerage that trains its agents well. And I’m blessed to have all of the amazing clients who have trusted me thus far.

Closed!💫

My client inherited this property and it was in pretty bad shape from the tenants. He didn’t even know where to begin with getting it prepared for the market. I took the reins, came up with a plan and got to work.

It took a couple weeks of hauling things to the dump, tackling the bigger projects that needed to be done pre-list, and deeeeep cleaning.

We hit the market at a competitive price and had an offer within 24 hours. My client had thought this house was going to be a massive headache for him, but instead he was thrilled with how seamlessly everything went. He is so excited to move onto his next life chapter, which has been made possible by this sale!

Being a Realtor is so much more than just selling houses. It’s being a part of people’s stories, and playing a role in helping them evolve from one stage of their lives to the next. It’s a privilege that I’m honored to have!
