I don’t talk about it often, but I call a little mountain town called Shingletown, California home — a small, tight-knit community tucked between Redding and Lassen Volcanic National Park. It’s one of those places where everyone knows each other, the air smells like pine year-round, and you can actually see the stars at night. ✨

A few fun facts about Shingletown:
• It sits at about 3,500 feet elevation, surrounded by beautiful forests and mountain trails.
• Locals call it “The Gateway to Lassen” since it’s just a short drive from the national park.
• You can experience all four seasons here — snowy winters, wildflower springs, and crisp fall colors that rival any postcard. 🍂
