Get above the heat and closer to the great outdoors! This one has everything in place. Some updates to the inside and the home would be amazing.

Newer roof (~6 years), newer HVAC (~3 years), Generac 22kW Guardian whole-home back-up generator installed (4 years). The exterior of the home was painted 1 year ago. A tankless water heater was installed 4 years ago. There is an auxiliary heat pump water heater for the upstairs. The well equipment and water softener was serviced and repaired this year by Dearman Pumps. The septic has been inspected and repaired last month.
