Raised in Walnut Creek, California, Susan lived in the Brentwood area before moving to the Redding area in 2005. Before embarking on her real estate career, she pursued a career in law enforcement — her investigative mindset and keen eye for detail made it easy to transition into her new profession. Initially, Susan worked as a residential loan officer at the onset of her real estate career but quickly determined that showcasing homes was her calling. Susan obtained her broker’s license in 2006 and has helped numerous clients find their dream homes throughout her extensive career. With previous experience in residential lending, Susan has aligned herself with a vast network of support professionals, including lenders, escrow officers, inspectors, and appraisers. These connections help her to simplify transactions for her clients, and her sales expertise allows her to successfully navigate any challenges that may arise along the way. Susan currently lives in Shasta Lake with her husband, and she enjoys spending time with her grown children and extended family. Her proudest achievement as a young rider is a win she earned at the Junior Grand National Horse Show in San Francisco. It was this feat that taught her that hard work and focus do pay off.
