Navigator of the Seas once again for an amazing girls trip! 2 best friends and 2 carry on bags for a fun adventure to Catalina Island and Ensenada. We ate, we drank, we adventured and laid out by the pool for 4 glorious days! El Cielo was beautiful, the wine was lovely and the falconry talk was an experience of a lifetime! 🛫🛳️🍹🌅

I don’t know about you but I’m so excited to see some cooler weather and even several rain showers this early in the season! It gets a little brown around here in the summer and it’s been lovely to see things starting to green up as we head into October.

Redding single family residential(SFR) inventory is starting to shrink again! We are down almost 30 units from my last update in September. The biggest shift has been the inventory in the $600k’s down from 41 last month. The later we get into fall, the slower the market tends to get. People shift their focus to the holidays 🍗⛄️🎩 and nobody likes to move in the rain ☔️and snow ❄️ etc. We have several buyers waiting for the right 🏡 to hit the market in their budget and I’m hearing the same from others. The great thing about buying and selling right now as you can still be moved before the winter holidays and coldest weather AND it’s not 100+ degrees!!
If you are a homeowner, don’t forget, now is the time to clean out those rain gutters. We know of a few local companies the provide the service and also replace and repair gutters so let us know if you need a resource!

And so it begins…closet remodel 🚧 by the handy hubby is officially underway. He’s been busy fabricating 🔨🪚🪜 at his dad’s shop for the last several weeks. Can’t wait to see how it turns out!!!

It’s officially PSL ☕️🎃 season and we typically see a bump in home sales activity📈 in the fall, so I thought I’d provide a quick update on the Redding available inventory. Single-family 🏡 inventory is currently at 352 homes for Redding, up from 344 in July. There are a few more homes available, especially in the $400s and below category, which is great news for buyers! ♥️🏡♥️
