Iron Man is officially in town this weekend, and my heart is so full. 🏃‍♀️🚴‍♀️🏊‍♀️ I spent Thursday afternoon volunteering with a crew filling 1500 athlete bags, and yesterday Tara and I teamed up with an amazing group of volunteers to fill 1500 electrolyte bottles for the racers.💦 This afternoon I’m working the VIP tent booth, and I’ll be back bright and early tomorrow to do it again.

Weekends like this remind me what an amazing place Redding is to live. 💛 Watching this many locals show up and give their time to make something this big happen for our community says everything about who we are.
