Sometimes the most important decision you can make is choosing the right person for the job — not just the familiar one.
Kat had just come off a bad experience with a friend who happened to be a realtor. And here’s the thing — we all have them. A friend, a cousin, a neighbor who got their license. It doesn’t mean they’re equipped to handle the biggest financial transaction of your life. Kat learned that the hard way.
