😊 Some of the deals we do are truly nail biters!! But we stick with it, do the back and forth, and find a compromise everyone can live with. These are the times when EXPERIENCE matters, and I have a lot of it :) Let's Talk if you're looking to buy, or sell.

FINALLY!! A sale is pending on the Bend Ferry Store. It's been a long time coming. I know many of you are anxious to see it re-opened, as am I, and it's actually happening!! Watch for further information. It will take the buyer some time to get everything in place, but she has some great ideas, and experience. You're going to love her!

I may look a little more seasoned than the depiction ai has done, 🤣😂 but, I have 4 decades of experience in the local real estate market, most of which came from working with my husband on our development business, where we built homes, small office parks, and retail projects. I've been through the boom times and the busts. After my husbands passing, my son and I continued. Now I work with my daughter doing real estate, and assist my son on construction projects. I know this business inside and out, and I'm happy to share that experience with you.

Being a widow, and meeting many other seniors, some married, others widowed or divorced, I saw a need for connecting seniors, and started Redding Seniors and Boomers Group on Facebook. It's a way to connect others, and melds well with my business. If you're thinking of buying, selling, or developing property, give me a call! I give discounts to Seniors, but work with clients of all ages. If you're looking to meet other seniors and find fun things to do, join our group!! Let's Talk!
FYI the dog is Bear ... he's adorable, and so much more mischievious than he appears!

🍅 Classic Tomato Bruschetta

Ingredients

* 1 French baguette, sliced
* 4–5 Roma tomatoes, diced
* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
* 2 tbsp olive oil, plus more for brushing
* 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
* ⅓ cup grated Parmesan
* Salt & black pepper to taste
* Balsamic glaze for drizzling

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and lightly brush each with olive oil.
2. Bake for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp. For extra garlic flavor, rub the warm toast with a cut garlic clove.
3. In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, minced garlic, basil, 2 tbsp olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Toss gently and let sit for 10–15 minutes so the flavors come together.
4. Spoon the tomato mixture generously over each toasted baguette slice.
5. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
6. Finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze and olive oil and a little extra fresh basil. Serve immediately.
