Had the privilege of helping a client of mine purchase his second home! The first one we will never forgot was during Covid and the title person walked into the room and put down a stack of papers and said to call them when he was done. This was a first time home buyer. So I put the lender on speaker and 1 by 1 we went through every document so he understood what he was signing. Disclosure this was not my title company. 🙂 I couldn’t believe they had done that. Title companies job is to close the transaction and by that they are responsible to explain the documents the buyer is signing. Anyway, we did it then and we did it again now with his new lovely wife! So excited for them and their future! Please help me in congratulating Ryan and Autumn Vernick on their lovely new home!!!!! Closing days are always good days but what most people don’t see is all the work that goes into getting these to closing sometimes. Challenges are in almost every day which is why you need a realtor that has a team that can work through the challenges to get you to the closing table! My team and I closed two double sided closings last Thursday! One was an investor purchase and the other was a condo! I am grateful for my team that is diligent to not quit when it gets hard but works together to get these closings to the finish line where others would give up we don’t! Success story!
Congrats to my most recent client that closed on her home last week! She’s moving back to the area as a single mom with her two young children. It was the first fha loan I have closed on in many years. We were able to get her a great home in a location she wanted AND closed with an fha loan AND seller paid 7k of her closing costs! Yes, it was not without its challenges but with two great agents working together and a mortgage broker that wouldn’t give up we got it done!!!!!!!
