This week, we went down to Laguna for a real estate conference. The biggest takeaway from being in a room with experienced agents wasn’t a prediction. Nothing earth-shattering, but many 1% changes in business and perspective. 📈

Someone asked me this recently, and it stopped me in my tracks.

What does success look like to you? I had to sit with that question, because lately what I’ve been doing hasn’t fully lined up with it.

So lately I’m refocusing. For me, success looks like early morning work outs, time in prayer and in the Word, focused work with clear boundaries, and being fully present with Maverick and Joseph. Creating a home that’s safe, cozy, and full of life. It looks like helping friends, family, and clients through real estate, weekday coffee with friends, and fully resting on Sundays.

So lately, I’m just trying to stay grounded, be present, and hold onto the little rhythms that make life feel full. 🤍
