Date of Death Appraisal for Estates and Trusts - IRS guidance withing six months following the date of death. The date of death appraisal is needed to determine the fair market value of the real estate as of the owner's date of death. This appraisal is needed for estate planning and inheritance calculations.

Homeowners who have loss due to the fire. File online "California Tort Claims Act" Need to file for administrative claim for damages as prerequisite to filing civil action. Do it next week. This is for California government negligence.
