A new high-water mark for JP Ranch. 🏡
1340 Pinehurst Dr. officially closed at the highest recorded residential sales price in the JP Ranch community.
But the sales price only tells part of the story.
Our sellers were working within a tight timeframe while simultaneously purchasing their next home — which meant this sale was part of a chain of contingent escrows, all with timelines that needed to line up.
