I usually like to confine my annoying show posts to my stories, but Three Pianos was just so moving it’s escaping containment.

I don’t even know what I was truly expecting, but I was still completely blown away...has to be the single best show I’ve ever been to. 3.5 hours of emotional time travel. Absolutely unforgettable night. 🎹🎹🎹

You don’t hire a strong Realtor for the easy parts. You hire them for everything that happens after Plan A falls apart.

Anyone can celebrate at the closing table when everything goes according to plan.

The real work starts when the appraisal comes in low. When inspections uncover unexpected issues. When financing gets delayed. When deadlines shift. When there’s a 100 year snowstorm or flood! When emotions run high and everyone starts wondering if the deal is going to make it.

That’s when experience matters.

One of the things I enjoy most about this job is solving problems. Every transaction is a little different, but the goal is always the same: stay calm, communicate clearly, negotiate professionally, and keep everyone moving toward the finish line whenever possible.

Some of the transactions I’m proudest of weren’t the easy ones—they’re the ones where every party stayed respectful, worked together, and found solutions instead of looking for someone to blame.

Because buying or selling a home isn’t just about avoiding obstacles. It’s about having someone in your corner who knows how to navigate them.

And so stoked for our sellers! 🥳🎉 It’s a strange market, to be sure, and persistence pays off; after weeks of attention, including dozens of showings, several open houses, and even a couple of rounds of multiple offers, we simply kept getting buyers who no-call-no-showed, couldn’t perform, or flat-out ghosted us, even upon offer acceptance 👻 My sellers, exhausted, (rightfully, imo) even began to question if it was even worthwhile prepping and leaving the house with their family and animals for ‘regular’ showings. Finally, after the busiest open house we’ve had since hitting the market, an excited buyer emerged, a family who saw the move-in-ready opportunity with some of the greatest perks and lowest costs of homeownership in the area. With no HOA, no fire/flood overlays, and an efficient, newer home, they recognized there were no ‘hidden’ costs, and that this was just the gem they were looking for. With a pool and backyard for entertaining, large private bedrooms, and multiple spacious living areas, all tucked into a quiet neighborhood close to amenities with excellent schools and valley views, the vision of the family home came into sight. I know it isn’t always easy to time a move—but now my sellers can turn their attention at least partially to their move across several states while we get them a great deal locked in.
