Throw back Thursday to one of the best race weekends yet! Boys and cars did great at practice 👏🏼 Qualifying was on point. Ashton’s mod kart blew the motor in the second day qualifying but was still able to get 5th out of 11 in his first weekend racing in this car. Saturday the whole team got on the podium 🏆 🏆🏆 Ashton and Robby got 1st and Chad got 2nd. Sunday despite every effort Ashton got a black flag for a accident on turn two and didn’t get the finish we hoped for in the JR2. Next up with Mod karts with blowing the motor in qualifying it didn’t stop us! We have such and amazing race family and group of friends we got it switched out within seconds of the race starting. Because of the motor swap we started it back. He battled from back to front but ended up with a dead battery. Still so proud of how well he did for being a rookie in this class! Sunday was another great day for Chad and Robby both finished on the podium with 2nd. Thank you for all the friends that came out to support.
