I have now wandered through the magnificent two-story wonderland of Mathis Home in Ontario for three straight days, and somehow each visit felt more like a delightful treasure hunt than furniture shopping. Between the endless rooms of beautiful furnishings, the complimentary designer assistance, and the dangerous discovery that they even have a restaurant 🍕 and cocktail bar 🍹🍷 tucked inside, I may never recover. At one point, while savoring a chicken quesadilla and a lovely glass of wine, I realized shopping for furniture for my 1930s Spanish home had turned into a full theatrical production. 🎭
Poor sweet Aleysa — the endlessly patient and wonderfully talented designer — graciously followed me through what must have been my 417th debate over the “perfect” sofa 🛋️ to complement a Spanish Revival house. By the end, I was certain I might wear the dear woman out completely… yet she somehow remained cheerful, encouraging, and impossibly kind through every fabric sample, cushion choice, and “maybe just one more look” moment. This store also has thousands of in-stock merchandise. Oh yes, They are still having sales Memorial Day👏👏
Shop Mathis Bros in Ontario, CA — and ask for Aleysa Cardona if you need advice on choosing furniture styles and fabrics. She is an absolute gem. 🤩 My couch and loveseat arrive in 8–12 weeks 😀👏

Hi. I know this video is not glossy, or perfect and maybe too long for today,’s social media scrolling pace 💨💨 … but I wanted to share my day events BECAUSE people ask me throughout my week: how am I doing? Sometimes People say these words to me “Marjorie, when are you going to retire?” Well, I am wondering why?! When all my clients still call me to work with them. I repeatedly assist clients I sold homes to 25 years or more ago. I work with the children that I met when they were babies and now are ready to entrust me with one of their most important decisions … investing in their future with real estate😃

So I say VOILA 😀.. “Hats off to those who are able to offer excellent service at any age”! Thank you to all who have been supporting me all these years. I am grateful❤️
