Every home has a story and this one is for the books! Once a homesteader cabin of the 50's, this rustic Joshua Tree home on 5 acres was lovingly cared for by the same family for 30 years! I sold it in 2017 to a sweet lady who bought it for her sister to live in peace and do her art. When the sister moved out there were squatters and more squatters, an illegal ma*****na farm and more! After an eviction, lots of property damage, trash everywhere, multiple sheriff's visits, one fallen escrow, this cute little home has finally sold! Sometimes it takes a village and I am so thankful for mine! My dear friend and broker in NoCal Ginna Lazar, Old Republic Escrow and Title in Los Altos, Gaby Michaud (my most wonderful transaction coordinator), Lucas the attorney, Abel from Capable Hands Handyman, LLC, my very patient and protective husband and the buyer's side team were all on deck to get this home closed in 10 days! I hope this home has a bright future in 2024! So glad to close the chapter on this one!
