In our trip across the country, we stopped and visited Abraham Lincoln‘s house in Illinois. This was such a historical site that I never thought I would get the privilege of seeing and I’m grateful every day that I’m able to experience the joys that this country has to offer.

Moving my daughter from Redlands to Chicago has been quite the adventure, although I’m a bit cramped in the backseat. 😂 I’ve got to see so much of this country that I otherwise might not have seen this past week. The days have been long, but they have been filled with fun, good times with my family.
