Nobody talks about this enough!

If you've been renting for more than a year, I need you to do this math real quick.

Take your monthly rent. Multiply it by 12.

That's how much you paid last year to own absolutely nothing.

No equity. No appreciation. No return.
Just a receipt.

The good news? That number? It could've been a down payment. And in a lot of cases — it still can be.

More demand = more competition = higher prices

You can refinance a rate.
You can’t refinance the price. 💸

Myth: You need 20% down to buy a house. 🏡

Truth: Some buyers get in with as little as 3–3.5% down and some even 0% depending on the loan.

“I’ll buy when I have 20% saved…”

I hear this all the time and it’s one of the biggest reasons people delay buying.

Don’t wait years based on outdated advice!
