This one meant a lot. 💙

Our clients bought in East Wenatchee, which is a few hours from our home base on the Eastside. Some agents would have passed the referral along. We didn't, because serving people well across Washington is something we've built this team to actually do.

When Janae couldn't be there in person, she coordinated with agents on the ground so our buyers never missed a showing on a home they wanted to see. She negotiated a lower purchase price and seller credits toward closing costs, which is what made the numbers work for them. And the home warranty she gifted at closing ended up covering a water heater repair a few weeks after they moved in.

That last part is the whole point. The work doesn't stop at the closing table.

Your renter era doesn't have to be permanent. 🔑

If you've been telling yourself you'll buy "in a couple years," here's the thing: most of the people we help into their first home thought they were years away too. Then they actually looked at the numbers.

Start here.

Get real about your monthly budget. If you're paying Eastside rent right now, you're already proving you can handle a mortgage payment. The question isn't whether you can afford it, it's what that payment could be building for you instead.

Look at first time buyer loan programs. You do not need 20% down. Washington has down payment assistance options and low down payment loans that a lot of renters never hear about because nobody told them to ask.

Then work with someone who knows how buying actually goes here. Eastside inventory moves differently than what you see on national real estate accounts, and having someone local in your corner changes the whole experience.
