Despite what you hear on the news, consumers are still buying homes. The increased interest rates have taken some buyers out of the market but this decrease in demand has benefited the buyers who continued their search.

We were able to get this home under contract with all contingencies in place and not having to compete against any other offers. At the end of the day there is never a right or wrong time to purchase a home it just needs to work for each buyer’s personal circumstances.

Being able to rent out the downstairs will allow him to cover a nice chunk of the mortgage and save up for his next purchase. Once he’s ready to move on this property will provide two cash flow opportunities. It’s always fun getting to help clients find opportunities like these!!
