Suncrest farms just gained a lovely family ✨ So thrilled for this amazing family that gets to move in right before the holiday season to celebrate in their new home! Just Sold!! 🎉Help me congratulate the Santos family for securing this beautiful 2025 rambler, the creston at daybreak by Lennar! Their current home no longer worked for them as the stairs was a hassle for her elderly parents, they downsized to this gorgeous property with incredible terms!

Happy to negotiate on their behalf $30,000 off the sales price, $10,000 in closing costs and a 3.875% ARM (interest rate). Using their VA loan and only $1,500 out of pocket to get them in the door 🙌🏻 My goal is to always get you the best deal while paying the least amount of money upfront. Plus it has a full warranty, meaning they will live with a peace of mind knowing their major components and appliances are covered.

Although we had a government shutdown that delayed the closing process, she was also a seller that had a rent back agreement in place that allowed her to stay in her home while we awaited to close on this one.
