✨ Throwback to one of my favorite success stories. ✨

Sometimes the right home almost slips away… and sometimes all it takes is the right conversation.

These wonderful clients had nearly given up hope after feeling like they weren’t getting the guidance they needed. By what I truly believe was God’s perfect timing, we were connected, and from our very first meeting, we just clicked.

Together, we moved fast. We explored every option, secured a bridge loan that gave them the flexibility they needed, crafted a strong strategy, and wrote an offer that helped them secure the home they had been dreaming about.

Not only did they get the keys to this beautiful home, but we were also able to create a plan that gave them time to prepare and sell their previous home the right way, without unnecessary pressure.

This is why I love what I do.

✨ Officially closed and locked in! 🏡🔑

Today we celebrate this beautiful home beginning its next chapter! The new homeowners are so excited to move in, and my wonderful sellers have officially achieved their goal of starting a new season of life in a home that’s the perfect fit for them.

This closing is especially bittersweet for me because these sellers are dear friends. While I’ll miss having them living nearby, I couldn’t be happier watching them step into this exciting new adventure. Thankfully, distance doesn’t change friendship, and I know there will be plenty of visits ahead. ❤️

Helping clients reach their goals is always an incredible privilege, but helping friends do the same makes it even more meaningful.

Lately, life has been a whirlwind in the very best way. Between searching for a new home, packing up our current one, working to finish renovations on our cabin investment property, and keeping both family and work life moving forward, it has been a very full season for us.

Today was a beautiful reminder to slow down and soak it all in. We spent a sun filled afternoon on the lake with some of our favorite people, and my heart feels so incredibly grateful. Grateful for family, for growth, for new beginnings, and for this beautiful life we get to live together. ☀️💛🌊
