A recent remodel. The end result of opening up a classic 1968 drop-ceiling kitchen and vaulting both kitchen and dining room; removing the wall between kitchen/dining and living room, adding a window on the east wall in dining room; new flooring, stainless appliances, Quartz countertops, a Farmers sink, cabinets and a beam separating the rooms so no needed posts separating the spaces. The result, an open floor concept or great-room. Much cozier and entertainment friendly spaces. Pics are from 'after' to 'before'.

Redmond remodel after new hardwood floors, cabinets and Quartz countertops are going in.

A house we’re remodeling in Redmond. New kitchen cabinets, appliances, farm sink, all main floor carpet and ceramic tile changed out to new stained hardwood, new fireplace, pendant lighting, Quartz countertops in kitchen and three baths. New tile in master bath, and new carpet upstairs. It’s coming together very nicely. These are before pics.

The contractor that put in the engineered bamboo floors did a terrible job but the new buyer hadn't really noticed yet. The washer flooded the floors in the family room before it closed, while the house was empty(probably the contractors that reinstalled them after installing the wood). We found a wood that looks just like the existing and did a much nicer job for a very nice retired lady, including doing some paint for her when her friends fell by the wayside after she'd moved in.

Beautiful crown dining room in a house we painted In Woodinville. LOVE the color they chose which makes this room just pop! It had been all white before.

BNI Members: I hope that you are all doing well. I just wanted to share a super start story for one of your members. I referred Sharon to a neighbor of mine who needed their hardwood floors redone and she exceeded all expectations. They LOVED her and her work. I have to say that these are discerning customers too who expect and appreciate quality. My friend’s husband thanked me at the bus stop for the referral this morning which was nice of him to go out of his way to do…makes me realize what a great job Sharon did.
