The amount of new listings during the past week is the same with the one week before it, 330 vs 331. However the pending deals are increasing from 215 to 260. More than 60% of the homes that I have toured or previewd has been sold over the weekend.

Last week’s data is in. Looking at the ratio of new listings to sold homes, I couldn’t help but think of a recent conversation I had with a fellow agent from Utah. He shared that after several weeks of price reductions across the board, their market activity started to pick up again.

In areas with strong buyer demand, we may continue to see this kind of gentle fluctuation for quite some time.
