Estimates from zillow can be substantially off.

I don't know how long they have been pulling from county records however if someone transfers a property under value to a family member or the house is not in good shape; it will effect the value of the homes near by.

For instance this home was sold to a family member at a low price so zillow dropped the zestimate substantially and lowered zestimates near by aswell.
