When I say this home shows how well loved it was, and how well maintained it was the pictures don’t do it justice.
A one owner home, a place where they raised their family, and they’re now moving on to the next phase of their life. You can feel the happiness and pride they had when you stepped into the door. This wasn’t just a house, this is where memories were made. Tears were shed. Balls were thrown in the backyard and bikes were written around the cul-de-sac. I called this house, a unicorn, because finding one of this age, with this much space, and in a great neighborhood can be challenging. It’s ready for its new owners, to hopefully fill it with the same love and care the first owners did. 🏠

Sometimes the hardest part is taking the first step. It’s about getting out of your own way and showing up. Lately, I’ve been trying to focus on mundane tasks of computer work, but I’ve been getting distracted with things that don’t make an impact. Like yes, my calendar, emails garage and closet could be organized better, but Anjel, does it have to happen now….the answer is no. 🫣

I had to get out of my chair, and off the tennis court to remind myself to surround myself with people I admire, like . She invited me to listen to discuss Generational Wealth Through Homeownership. Today’s message went beyond real estate; it was about the power of our mindset and thoughts.
Our thoughts shape our reality. If you don’t believe in yourself, you won’t accomplish your goals. You must believe, put in the work, ⬅️ (the hardest part) and be all in for your dreams to become our truth. Yes, we hear it all the time, but it doesn’t matter if this is the first time or the 100th, we have to be reminded, because it’s easy to get in our own way.

I realized I’m filling the void because of imposter syndrome. I’m not XYZ…I can’t do it because blah blah blah - the reality is that’s all just fear. Fear I’m not good enough, fear I don’t have time, fear it’s not going to be perfect. The reality is the fear is my own, and I’m in control of it…..so now it’s time for me to get back to work, and get out of my own way, sorry closet clean out, you have to wait. 💥

Huge congrats to my sellers on the quick house close! With 3 kids and busy lives, they needed an upgrade and trusted me to make it happen. It paid off big time! The new owners are lovely, and I know they'll love their new home, just as my sellers had 🏠 🍻 🥂 ☕️ ☕️

Real estate isn’t always pretty, but it’s real. A client came to me needing to sell, referred by another agent. I was more than happy to help! We assessed the work needed, prioritized, and got moving. With the client still living in the home, we did our best to declutter and clean up.

After every showing I make it a point to follow up with all buyer’s agents for feedback, and this time it was constructive criticism. I took it head-on, rolled up my sleeves, and worked tirelessly to improve the property. Sometimes listings aren’t the shiny object, and buyers don’t see the HGTV afters, but it’s my job as an agent to take feedback, and work on getting your home sold. Even if it means scrubbing toilets. 🫶🏻
