First day ➡️ Last day of school.
Oh my! They have grown so much not just physically but emotional and mentally as well! I am so proud to be these two mama! This year has had plenty of ups and downs and more first than I could have imagined. It was and is their first time in “big kid” elementary school and that was a huge adjustment for them both. They both made friends, learned how to read (Avery very well and Bubbie well…. we’re still working on him), had to learn how to go to school in different times with different conditions (being forced to wear mask, stay 6 feet away from friends, playing within certain lines they couldn’t cross and so much more) and came out with a better understanding of life, boundaries and how to stand up for what they want and believe in. We are going to have another amazing summer traveling, spending time at home, making new friends at different summer camps and most of all enjoying life together making memories! Yay to next year having ONE drop off and the kids being at the same school.
