Neighborhood Spotlight: Old Town Torrance
This month, I'm excited to share a little bit about Old Town Torrance and some of the reasons why I love it so much. Founded in 1912 and named after developer Jared Sidney Torrance, this neighborhood is known for its charm and character. You'll see a lot of Spanish and historic craftsman-styled homes. I especially love the diversity of property sizes you can find here including small, 2 bedroom/1 bathroom homes to larger houses on expansive lots. You can also find a lot of great residential income properties here.

Some of my favorite places to eat include:
- most people know about their delicious baked good (and chocolate chew cookies) but not many know about their cafe a couple doors down. Try the ham and cheese croissant sandwich - you won't be disappointed!
- they have an amazing happy hour and on Tue., Wed., Thurs. they have $1 oysters! Miyabi is known for their uni and fresh sushi.
- an afternoon out to this tea room is a fun experience with your friends. Offering a large variety of teas, sandwich towers, and some delicious Indian dishes!
- craving an all-American breakfast? This place is always busy and hits the spot for a good Sunday breakfast.

Local Spotlight: Dolkii
I am so excited to feature Dolkii, an online shop known for their graphic t-shirts and lounge wear. They are very well know in Hawaii where you can catch them at pop-up shops but their headquarters is located here in the South Bay!
