Who am I? Why I got into Real Estate?

I am a Real Estate Broker in Redondo Beach, although I have clients all over the West coast. In the past fourteen years I have successfully negotiated hundreds of residential and commercial transactions, representing both buyers and sellers. I’m also a mom and a wife who enjoys traveling, reading and anything related to health and fitness. After a decade in corporate sales, I decided to pursue a p

ath that would combine my passion for helping people with my desire for a rewarding and flexible career. Real estate fit the bill perfectly, and has allowed me to maximize my past training and experience in a way that brings me tremendous personal satisfaction and benefits my clients. Why do you have so many repeat clients? I pride myself on keeping my finger on the pulse of the industry. I also am hardworking, dedicated and skilled at pricing, negotiating and recognizing a fantastic value. How I differ from other Real Estate Agents/Brokers? I believe that buying (and selling) a home can be one of the most important transactions of a person’s life—and that working with someone you trust, and can depend on, is absolutely critical. I also recognize that the real estate market doesn’t wear a watch, so I am never truly “off the clock.”

What can clients expect from me? Honesty, painstaking attention to detail and an extensive knowledge of both the industry in general and our beautiful south bay area in particular. What is my business philosophy? You may be one of my many clients, but I’m your only Agent/Broker. I don’t take that honor lightly. My job is to make sure each treasured client is happy and comfortable throughout the entire buying/selling process.
