Why do you have so many repeat clients? I pride myself on keeping my finger on the pulse of the industry. I also am hardworking, dedicated and skilled at pricing, negotiating and recognizing a fantastic value. How I differ from other Real Estate Agents/Brokers? I believe that buying (and selling) a home can be one of the most important transactions of a person’s life—and that working with someone you trust, and can depend on, is absolutely critical. I also recognize that the real estate market doesn’t wear a watch, so I am never truly “off the clock.”
What can clients expect from me? Honesty, painstaking attention to detail and an extensive knowledge of both the industry in general and our beautiful south bay area in particular. What is my business philosophy? You may be one of my many clients, but I’m your only Agent/Broker. I don’t take that honor lightly. My job is to make sure each treasured client is happy and comfortable throughout the entire buying/selling process.
