I love this neighborhood. having lived here for around a decade I find the folks here to be friendly, lots of people walking, riding bikes, or enjoying one of the nearby parks, and conveniently located between 101 and 280 with the train station I’m walking distance. It’s just an awesome area and this property is very worth checking out.

A very short drive to one of Palo Alto’s downtown areas, California St, as well. *Spoiler alert*, this is another one for the wine lovers!
