Meet our newest agent, Ashley Theis!

Living out on Jefferson Lake in Madison Lake, MN, Ashley is expanding Scenic City Realty’s market into the Greater Mankato Area. She brings with her a background in marketing and strong organizational and communication skills. She has grown up around real estate agents and brokers in her family and she carries the same passion for helping buyers and sellers.

Ashley cares deeply for her community and everyone she meets, and is excited to work with buyers and sellers in Minnesota to accomplish their goals while celebrating and educating clients during the process.

Ashley is engaged to Hunter Pearce with their wedding happening in October of 2026. They enjoy taking their two dogs, Goldendoodle named Nala and Australian Shepherd named Vilya, for walks around the lake. Ashley also enjoys reading, being outside, getting coffee with friends, working at her church (Hosanna Lutheran Mankato), watching baseball and football, baking, golfing, and spending time with her family at the lake!
